Hi, just purchased motorola SBG6580 broadband modem, running through install it tells me to enter the passcode supplied on bottom of modem. When I do this, install process tells me passcode is incorrect and does not match. I have re-checked more than 5 times, I am entering EXACTLY correct as reads on \"Passcode\" on bottom of router. Please tell me how I can fix this, cannot use router currently having to use old connection. Very frustrating and may return product if cannot be resolved.
