I set off the VCR from the main power (it was in the monitor state), and a few hours later when I set it on - nothing happened - no lights, no sounds. There is no service center.

How can I change the OSD language?

Hello! I have a problem with my VCR - JVC HR-V500EZ. After unplugging the power cord and plugging it again into the wall outlet - nothing happens. No lights, no movements, no noises. I chek the main board – there is 375v on the bigest capacitor on PSU area, and 7.8v, 30v and 3.3v in the outputs of impulse transformer. I tried to find schematics – unsuccessfuly. Does any have an Idea (or/and schematic diagram) .Thank a lot!!!

The equipment when turned on displays READING constantly. I removed the hard drive and it is broken. I have another HD fitted but equipment does not seem to recogonise it. Is there is specific task required when fitting a new HD to set it up ?
