iriver Support

My Iriver is not recognised by windows XP. When I disconnect, the iriver story displays the \"Updateing DB\" message for up a long time (up to half an hour) before freeing itself. I cannot add or delete files from the Iriver as it will not display the files that are already on the device - just displays an empty E: drive.

Dear Sir/Madam 4 months ago I bought an Iriver Voice recorder (VR1) for using in different classes I participate. The voices recorded in my system have one big problem : The volume (Intensity) of the voices are low as it seems like they have been recorded from a long distance. One of my friend has SONY sound recorder and his device works far better than mine an similar situations. Is there any way to make the recorded sound volume,higher??? With best regards NIMA AKHAVAN
