Ibanez Support

I have been all over the internet - there is no users manual ANYWHERE for the Tube King TK999HT. Sorry but I never have this issue with other brands of pedals and this is my first Ibanez out of the 2 dozen ++ pedals I have. Thanks, Jim

green channel ok red whistles and volume level very low

the ibanez jemini i bought is not working for some reason.........it only works with an old battery i was using on my DS-1 and that too without the distortion effect, only clean.........please help.....

How would I go about getting a broken power on my amp connector replaced?

I bought an Ashula bass through a local merchant, though they had to ship the guitar to me since they had to pull it from another shop. When I received it the fretless volume control knob was damaged. They replaced it with an \"over the counter\" version, but I would like to have the \"original equipment\" version. Is there a way to get a factory replacement knob?
