what is the speaker sensitivity on the 400rb/210

I plugged my amp in as usual,turned it on then heard a loud pop then everything shut down with no power nothing at all.

I have had this for close to a month now an for some reason i cant get it to pwoer on anymore no red or green light. Its my dad head an now im just a horible position because this is the 2nd bass head that just stop workin on me. Any help please
