Behringer Ultracoustic ACX1800
hi i just got delivered an ultra acoustic acx1800 i am very familiar with your products having had a few,and like them very much,BUT this amp is awfull,im hoping its a fault and not how the amp is.1st is the volume i have the master on full and the channel on full with a guild guitar that has an lr baggs stage pro pickup in it and the volume is like a 20 watt amp also the 2 bass sliders on the eq do nothing at all sliding from top to bottom makes no difference there is no bass,the same is on the mike channel using an sm58 mike,also the effects are not usable at all all the reverbs are like plate reverbs and make the sound extra tube e´´i live in the canary islands and have waited to get this from thomann i paid postage and tax etc and no way can i use it even on a gig with 20 people.please is this how it is´´ im so dissapointed or do you think something is wrong yours sincerely peter scott pro musician 40 years
