I am getting an error message E2 on my BDW10 - can anyone help me as I no longer have the manual

I cannot find my user manual. Machine will not start washing, code LE or L and a 3 backwards is showing up and water will not fill into machine and the machine will not start washing

Hello, Please help. My machine seems to be stopping half way through each wash cycle. Almost as though the wash and hold button was pressed in - but it is not. It does not drain water or spin at any stage during number 3 or 4 programme. If I nudge it on a tiny bit then it will continue but without taking the dirty water out and therefore not adding any clean water, that is until it reaches number 5 when the machine then starts working correctly. The pump therefor cannot be broken as water is pumped out and back in again for 6 and the final spin works too. I haven\'t needed to do any washes on programme 1 or 2 so not sure how well they are working. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Many thanks
