Alesis Support

So after all is said and done has anyone come up with an answer to get the i02 Express to work with XP? Or will I end up taking the unit back for something that will work? I\'m thinking I should probably get a Firewire interface to ensure that I\'ll get the best for my dollar. Thanks in advance for any help you can share, Freddy

the \"locked\" appears in the LED display when nothing else is atttached to the machine, this causes the error 7 to appear and lose the numbering on the tape playing, why and how can I correct this?

I have a pair of the Alesis Pro Linear speakers for studio playback but one of the speakers will not switch on. I have changed the external fuse and used the power cable from the \'working\' speaker but to no avail. As always the speakers where only turned carefully with the volume off and so i dont there is any problem with the speakers, only the power. I am wondering if it has an internal fuse and how i replace this. Please advise.

It\'s been one major problem after another trying to install, license and activate Cubase LE5 which came with the Alesis mixing board I just bought. There\'s no apparent consistency to the procedure and I, too, have been told everything is fine, licensed and ready to go ... but there\'s been no truth to that! What can I do to make this software work?

just bought Alesis i02 express, came with Cubase LE5 install disc, I followed messy process of registration/activation Website says my software is licensed, activated, registered but nothing about the hardware device, which is the main reason I bought it. When plugged into my computer, light goes on, but comp. doesn\'t seem to detect, Control panel says the device is \"working properly\", but when I do test, no sound comes from it. I run windows XP. Other devices plugged into the same usb port are detected immediately and run fine. The i02 is like a ghost-- my computer doesn\'t even see it when its plugged in. Appreciate any insight Thanks
