my camcorder Aiptec V5VP will not transfer video material to computer.When connected to computer it switches off.

BUT if I want to draw with it, I need to apply lots of force literally, I need to apply a lot of force just to have it work and click (the pen tool) does this mean I need to replace the pen tip? and if it does, Where can I find said pen tips?

I received this camera without a battery and before I invest money into it I was wondering if it should function properly if i just plugged it into the USB port?

I bought a new camera today and the battery won\\\'t charge, what am I doing wrong?

I don\'t see any screws except a tiny one on the connector panel. Help
