Replacement Knobs?

I bought an Ashula bass through a local merchant, though they had to ship the guitar to me since they had to pull it from another shop. When I received it the fretless volume control knob was damaged. They replaced it with an "over the counter" version, but I would like to have the "original equipment" version. Is there a way to get a factory replacement knob?
