What is wrong with my DE 7 pedal??

so i plug in my guitar to it and then it just doesn't work. i turn it on nothing happens. i've tried putting a new battery in it. and when i took out the delay pedal, and left in the tuner and distortion, it worked fine. can anyone please help!!
