GULENAR26HDIP Firmware update

Hi. My Grundig GULENAR26HDIP locks up in a manner similar to other peoples on the internet. From what I have read it is something to do with the tuner being unable to cope with the way Digital TV is now broadcast. I understand that there is a Firmware update to cure this problem but have yet to find it. Can you help?
